Ever been served organic food at a hotel?

We have made it our mission to serve you the best of Tyrolean cuisine. But sometimes we also think outside the box and take inspiration from others, for example from Mediterranean, French or Scandinavian cuisine. We are also happy to find the right dish for children, vegetarians, or allergy sufferers. Along with organic food, in our hotel you will always find the cordiality of our staff, a fantastic view of the mountains, a good glass of wine and, on some evenings, musical accompaniment.

Tyrolean quality producers

We source 96% of our meat products directly from our village. Dairy products, honey and vegetables come directly from Fliess as well. And we’re running our own organic farm in the sixth generation. Its products naturally also end up directly on our guests' plates. In addition to regionality, each of our suppliers has also impressed us with their working ethic and the high quality of their products. All of this makes it possible to create delicious meals for you.

Regional is sustainable

Why we like to buy regional? It’s quite simple: this way, we ensure that we only serve the freshest products. This means that our cuisine follows the seasons, and you’ll always get sun-ripened, healthy, and tasty food. We also support the local economy. Last but not least, it allows us to save a lot of CO2 by sourcing organic food locally at our hotel, as there is practically no transport involved. That tastes good to your conscience too!
