In accordance with the applicable health and hygiene regulations, our cleaning team buzzes through the house at regular intervals and provides disinfected surfaces and fresh air with professional hand movements to guarantee you all-round cleanliness. At various hotspots in our house, we set up additional disinfection stations with sensors for you and our team.

In order to support you in this difficult time, we have temporarily relaxed our cancellation policy. The following applies to room reservations winter 2021/22: If you are unable to start your holiday due to Covid-19 (travel ban), the cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrivel.
